Tara was such a pleasure to work with, always greeted by my name and a smile. She was so considerate of cracked ribs that I got a few days before but found a way to work around the issue. I have had a stiff neck for 6 months and she has made me feel 90% better in the alotted time she had to work with me. I have had a company with hundreds of employees for many years and know she will always be an asset to your or anyone’s. Company she decides to work at. Thank - You Tara you were a true professional at what you do.

I've been receiving treatment from SoFlo Physical Therapy for side effects of neuropathy. Alvin my therapist and Tracy have helped me considerably with improving my balance.. I would say that all the therapist and personnel have motivated and encouraged me to continue to strive to improve my mobility. I highly recommend soto Physical Therapy.

I came to SoFloPT Sports for muscle recovery for my left thigh and knee mobility. Dr John Berlind and assistant helped in this recovery. After 12 sessions in just a few weeks with him I was able to feel full strength back in my leg and was back to doing my normal everyday routines. Thanks so much!

I feel bad leaving this review but I feel like I have to. My girlfriend went there because she had knee pain. She was assigned an intern who was new, and she was told to do exercises that were hurting her knee. She told the intern her knee was hurting but the intern said it’s ok and to continue. The next day she couldn’t walk and was in pain the following week as well. I later confronted the staff and they apologized, it was genuine. I wasn’t going to leave this review because it was an honest mistake, but when she signed up for the training they told her they would charge us even though I explained her insurance covered 100% of the bill. They told me it’s their policy to charge 10%, wait for insurance to respond, then immediately refund it if 100% was covered. Well insurance responded on July 12 and I decided to wait to see when they would refund me before saying anything, but it’s currently August 26th and I got tired of waiting so I called in and they refunded her. The place and the people are nice so I really hope future customers don’t have the bad experience we had

So happy to have found this place! The staff is excellent and friendly. I went in with injured menisci in my knees. I was putting off going to physical therapy, but then I decided I needed professional help. I couldn't do any squats and lunges. Omar was patient and encouraging. He helped me tremendously. By the end of my pt program, I was able to do squats, lunges, roman dead lifts, and more. Highly recommend going here!

I have been going to rehab for 3 months now because of major shoulder surgery. And I couldn’t express my gratitude enough for my therapist whose name is Heath. Not only does he know what he is doing , like all the physical therapist. He has a way of making you feel comfortable with your exercises even though some of them put you in so much pain . He is kind and patient and I would recommend him to any of my friends!Bravo! Bravo!

This place is amazing! My orthopedic doctor recommended and wow from the very first contact with the front desk making the appointment to the confirmation which included not only parking directions but a link for a YouTube video showing you turn by turn instructions-the attention to detail is incredible. My therapist Alexus is extremely knowledgeable super friendly and has already helped so much with my pain and Chercy is amazing too! Highly recommend!

I contacted SoFlo PT to treat an ankle injury after two misdiagnosis from different doctors, John Berland was able to identify the issue right away and provided proper care. John and the rest of the staff were great, thank you!

Omar helped me fix a nagging lower back issue that I couldn't diagnose myself. He quickly figured out the problem and worked with me until it was resolved. I highly recommend Omar!

I worked with John for several months after being diagnosed with a herniated disk. My training was always varied and tailored to my individual treatment needs. After doing 2-3 sessions a week for a few months, my back pain is nearly completely gone. My core strength and overall mobility are now even better than before my injury. Overall, I'm very happy to have worked with SoFloPT. They are very professional and have a great facility.

Alexus, my PT, evaluated me at my first session and designed a program to address my issue of weak lower back muscles. She re-evaluated me after several sessions to assess my progress. The stretching and floor exercises, weights and specific machines helped strengthened those muscles and improved my posture.Alexus, the other PTs and the administrative assisstant are very friendly and scheduling an appt. was always easy.Thank you Alexus and the SoFloPT team for making PT enjoyable and productive.

Had bilateral knee replacement with Dr. Alexus Tennant as my physical therapist.The facility has two separate buildings each a sparkling modern facility. What makes it special however is the staff, from the reception desk to the therapists and their assistants.Alexus has been nothing short of amazing guiding me carefully through a long recovery with its ups and downs, both physically and mentally.Highly recommend!

Alexus (and the staff) are very professional, caring and knowledgeable about the therapy I am going through. Add to that a sense of humor that makes the therapy enjoyable.

This was not my first experience with SoFlo Physical Therapy. I continue to return to them when necessary because of the great experiences that I’ve had. SoFlo PT is great! The positive energy is very uplifting and inviting especially after an injury. I’ve been working with Gaby for the past month as I recover from a broken heel. Gaby has been very helpful and patient as I progress through the various therapies. Her friendly personality adds to the positive experience I’ve had a SoFlo PT and I’m happy my physician referred me.

SoFlo PT has been phenomenal since I started coming here three months ago. When I walked into my first session, I was fresh out of surgery for a broken fibula and tibia—my first injury ever—so I had no idea what to expect. From day one, Dustin and Gaby have been incredibly informative and supportive in every session. I went from not being able to put any weight on my leg to now walking confidently and incorporating more exercises each time. Dustin and Gaby ensure that I understand each exercise and address all my questions, alleviating any doubts I may have. The environment is incredibly welcoming, and I'm thrilled that I chose SoFloPT! I highly recommend them and look forward to continuing my journey to full recovery with the help of my amazing therapists.

John Berland was great! I came in with an injury on my foot and struggled to walk. He was able to help me regain my strength and achieve my goals. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Alexis is the most competent and thorough physical therapist that I have ever worked with. Her enthusiasm, energy and commitment to rehabilitating her patients are a testament to her character and integrity as a person and health care professional. She is sweet, fun and caring and brings healing light to everyone she touches. I was fortunate to be her patient and improved immensely under her care. Ally did a great job of not only identifying the imbalances I had in leg musculature due to surgeries, but prescribed various creative exercises that challenged me daily. I felt like I was always challenged physically, and despite my belief that I would probably never get better, my legs came back better than ever.

Highly recommend this facility along with Dr. John Berland. I came in with an injured knee twice. And twice he was able to diagnose and fix it! I'm an active guy, in the gym 5 days a week. So I was very happy to get back in after being hurt. And it was all thanks to John!

I have been to So Fl Physical Therapy several times for different issues. Most recently, my doctor ordered PT for my shoulder after diagnosing me with bursitis. Alvin was my therapist and he was excellent. He was always upbeat and made therapy go by fast. Alvin is very knowledgeable and helped me to resolve my shoulder issue. I highly recommend Alvin!

My time at SoFlo has been amazing! Alvin, Tracy and the rest of the lovely Physical Therapists are so upbeat, professional and helpful. I had all my PT there after rotator cuff surgery (which is awful) and I felt like I improved so well with their methods and encouragement.I have already recommended them to friends and family. I have been very pleased with the physical therapy I am receiving For my knee from Alvin at South Florida, Therapy. Alvin is very professional and personable and has given me a variety of exercises and stretches to strengthen and increase my balance and flexibility. His directions are clear, and he watches me carefully to make sure I am doing things correctly. The facility is neat, clean, and filled with light. It is easy to get to, and there is always ample parking in the garage next door. I highly recommend Alvin and South Florida physical therapy.

Unfortunately I tore my ACL in December on my first day of the new ski season. It put a halt to everything, and was one of the most mentally and physically challenging things I’ve gone through. After consulting various doctors , I decided to get my first surgery ever. The first week after surgery was excruciating. Unable to walk , unable to drive , unable to work - I felt so hopeless. Fortunately my surgeon referred me to Soflo and I was paired with Dustin. I have been going to PT for the past 3 months and have noticed incremental improvements every week. He has a way of pushing you right to your limit, but not overdoing it. Last week I jogged for the first time since 2023. The facility is brand new , has lots of equipment , is located near downtown and even has free parking. If you need physical therapy , this is hands down the place to go.

I have done PT before but this is the only place I feel that I am getting somewhere. I have to thank Heath for helping me in my knee recovery. The amount of pain I had before starting my physical therapy was unbearable, but thanks to the exercises I feel that my knee is getting better (if only I wouldn't have to travel so much). By the way, I agree with other reviews, they are friendly and professional, and the place is super clean.

I’ve had several experiences at different Physical Therapy locations and with different therapists. This was by far the best. Jessica Jones is excellent. The sessions were well planned and progressed perfectly. I could feel my shoulder getting stronger every day. She was patient, knowledgeable and kept me motivated. I highly recommend Jessica and the entire team at SoFlo PT. The facility is very nice, as well.

Went to Soflo after receiving several recommendations from orthopedic doctors and also friends that have had physical therapy at Soflo. Dustin was highly recommended to work on my ACL/MCL surgically repaired knee. Dustin exceeded his reputation and I was thankful for the opportunity to work with him. He is knowledgeable, professional, and understood the goals I had for my recovery. Dustin and Soflo PT are my first choice if I ever need physical therapy in the future.

SoFloPT has been a great experience after my knee surgery. Dustin and the entire team there are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. When I get back to running it will be because of the help they have provided me.

I went to SoFlo PT for lower back pain. Dr Dustin helped me strengthen the muscles that had led to the pain and gave me tools I could use at home. The staff are also very friendly and the facility is state of the art with modern equipment.

I enjoyed working with Jessica Jones at SoFloPT. All the therapists are very professional. My main complaint about SoFloPT is the system that the therapists are part of. Each therapist is working with 2 or more patients at the same time. The therapists have to focus on putting their notes in the computer. Often times, the assistants ( who are not trained PTs) are the ones helping to fill in with the exercises. I am not the only one who thinks that way. It appears that the organization tries to get as many patients for Medicare as possible in one session. Recently someone asked me if they would recommend going to SoFlo PT. I suggested that they check out Holy Cross because friends who have gone there have had one on one treatment.

SoFlo PT is an excellent facility, clean, bright, and very up to date. The therapists are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I had chronic back pain along with slowly worsening lack of strength and energy. I worked with Alexus, who from start to finish supervised my program and kept me moving through every session; no time was wasted! I now have minimal if any back pain, and my strength and energy are greatly improved, so my daily activities are back to normal. I've been to several PT facilities, but none as caring or effective as SoFlo PT. And Alexus was terrific!

I worked with Alexus & Lane for approximately 6 weeks after being released from Kindred Acute Care. I came in because I had a fractured hip in several places from being hit by a car. I grew stronger with each visit. By the time I was released I was able to walk without the aid of my rollater. Alexus was very sweet & tough at the same time. She kept encouraging me with a smile! I would recommend this group. Everyone was positive & helpful.

We highly recommend SoFlo PT, Dr. John Bergman was the absolute best PT experience we ever had. His approach and results were excellent, my son's knee is back to normal and he is back to all activities prior to his injuries. Excellent service and care, the facility is state of the art as well.

SoFlo is the best physical therapy facility I've ever gone to and unfortunately, I've had to rehab numerous times for physical issues The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and the techniques are very innovative, they constantly formulate and adjust the best approach for all my issues. All the staff are incredibly friendly and create a wonderful energetic positive atmosphere. My therapist, Dr. Alexus Tennant Is the most outgoing positive motivating person I've ever been around I can't say enough about how great she is at what she does With an incredible attitude, and always always 1000% positive with every aspect of your therapy and makes you want to even work harder.

Dr. Ally Blixt and the entire staff at SoFloPT are truly exceptional! After having an L3-L4 & L4-L5 lumbar spine fusion, I entered SoFloPT needing a tremendous amount of work. Dr. Blixt is a consummate professional with immediately recognizable expertise who continuously adapted my rehab to maximize my health. I am beyond blessed to have worked with Dr. Blixt and can not express how she has put my life back on track.

This is a fantastic clinic. I came here because of hamstring tendonitis that was extremely painful. Through the soft tissue work and exercises Alvin guided me through I have been able to recover. I am grateful for his skill and sensitivity, and his understanding of individual anatomy and the appropriate modalities. Plus it’s a great team and a beautiful space!

SoFlo was a fantastic experience. I came in with a shoulder injury (back of shoulder) and John did a fantastic job working with me through exercises to get my strength and mobility back. I was having issues with my IT Band and knee while running, I came into SoFlo PT and John knew what to do right away. After my sessions I am now running pain free. John was very easy to work with and made my PT very comfortable. Thank Dr. John and SoFlo PT!!!

SOFLOPT was recommended to me about 3 years ago by an Orthopedic surgeon who was treating me for a shoulder issue. Recently, when I developed an issue with my lower back and a different doctor recommended therapy; SOFLOPT was the only physical therapy center I would consider. The facility itself is spotless and everyone from the front desk staff to the Physical Therapists are extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring. Recently, I had the pleasure to work with Dr. Ally Blixt. After completing a comprehensive evaluation and actively listening to my complaints and symptoms; Ally gave me a thorough explanation of what her diagnosis of my issue was. I can say she was completely correct in her assessment of my problem and without hesitation started a treatment plan during the same visit. Each and every visit, Ally would inquire not only how my day was, but was genuinely concerned about how I was feeling. Ally clearly understands what a great patient-therapist relationship means in providing care and getting well. After completing the therapy sessions my doctor ordered, I am extremely grateful to Dr. Ally Blixt and her colleague, Lanes (I do not know his last name) for how well I am feeling today. I would, without hesitation, recommend SOFLOPT and Dr. Ally Blixt.
