If you are in need of a top shelf physical therapy center, this place should be your first choice. They were able to get my lower back to where I have very little, if any discomfort. They have a very professional, hospitable staff that works with you to achieve your health goals. The center is kept very clean & organized, well staffed & they work to accommodate your schedule. I had a great experience working with Dr. Minachee. I came in with persistent pain in the back of my neck and shoulder, and through our sessions, she helped me find real relief. Some of the exercises and therapy techniques were challenging at first, but they proved to be very effective in relieving the pain.

Not only did I start feeling significantly better, but she also took the time to teach me practical techniques and exercises to help prevent the pain from coming back. She is not only a skilled therapist but also a great educator—I really appreciated her clear explanations and how she guided me through each step.
