South Florida Physical Therapy (“we”, “us”) sends text messages to patients and prospective patients who agree to receive them.
Types of messages: appointment reminders, scheduling updates, responses to your inquiries, and other messages related to your care or our office. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
How you consent: You may agree to receive text messages by (1) checking the optional SMS consent box on the contact form at soflopt.com/contact, (2) agreeing verbally at our front desk, or (3) texting us first, in which case we will reply to your inquiry. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving care.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or call 954-256-9052 or email info@soflopt.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in or consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy.
