Raised in South Florida, Minacshee developed a special interest in sports. After playing several years of varsity basketball in high school, Minacshee earned her undergraduate degree in Sports Medicine and Fitness Technology from Keiser University in 2014. This would lead to a successful career in fitness as a national accredited fitness professional from the American Council of Exercise (ACE) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Minacshee cultivated a decade of experience working in various settings such as hospital based wellness centers, corporate fitness facilities, country clubs, and universities. With her experience, she trained a vast population of individuals ranging from athletes, adults, seniors, children, disabled and neurologic persons.

In 2018, Minacshee earned her graduate degree in Kinesiology with a dual concentration in Sports Conditioning & Adapted Sports from A.T. Still University. Though, fitness & sports served a vital role in her life, a deeper call transcended to serve her community through rehabilitation. Through faith, Minacshee embarked on a journey to understand the foundation of physical health sciences.

Her journey would receive a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2024. Dr. Augustin specializing in Orthopedics. Sports Medicine, and Manual Therapy. Her commitment is to merge the benefits of physical therapy and exercise with the empowerment of faith to teach, train, and treat.
