Dr. Alvin Puri was born and raised in Copenhagen, Denmark, after which he moved to the United States to pursue higher education. He attended Florida Southern College in Lakeland, FL where he received his Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Biology and minoring in Chemistry and Business Administration. Dr. Puri continued his education at Florida Southern College and obtained his Doctor of Physical Therapy.

From a young age, Dr. Puri dreamed of working in healthcare. During his time in college, he worked at his campus Wellness Center as a personal trainer where he incentivized health and wellness and aided individuals to achieve their goals. He quickly discovered that Physical Therapy was his true passion.
