Dr. Ally Blixt graduated from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science and a minor in Nutrition. While at UWL, Ally was a 4-year student athlete on the gymnastics team. She then continued on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. 

Ally has always been very active and was a competitive gymnast for the majority of her life, starting at the age of three. Throughout her years as an athlete, Ally sustained many injuries requiring physical therapy, giving her a unique perspective. Ally understands the importance of creating a great patient-therapist relationship and providing unique, individualized care. She is passionate about helping each patient achieve the best version of themselves. While attending Nova Southeastern University, Ally became a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, allowing her to enhance her knowledge on using movement as medicine. 

While born and raised in St. Paul, MN, Ally has always known she wanted to live somewhere by the ocean. In her free time, Ally enjoys going to the beach, working out, spending time with friends, and exploring all that South Florida has to offer.
