Dr. Alexus Tennant graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Physiology and a minor in Psychology. Following her undergraduate studies, she continued her education to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Nova Southeastern University.

Dr. Tennant was originally from a small town in Illinois. Growing up she loved to be active and participated in a variety of sports. Her passion for fitness continued to grow as she obtained a personal training certification. With her exceptional clinical expertise, genuine empathy, and commitment to patient-centered care, Dr. Tennant is dedicated to helping individuals regain their physical function, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, traveling, and exercising. She enjoys coaching boxing and teaching fitness classes in her spare time.
