Musculoskeletal pain refers to chronic or acute pain associated with tissue trauma, overuse, dysfunctional movement patterns, or normal age-related processes. Our goal is to minimize your pain while addressing the underlying cause to optimize movement and function. Each plan of care is uniquely designed to address your specific needs. We combine patient education, manual therapy, corrective exercise, and progressive resistance training to improve joint mobility, increase strength and function, and decrease pain.
